More Chesterton, no apologies.

Hey guys, I was very blessed throughout 2019 to have the time and energy to produce multiple pages most weeks and I'm really pleased with how much of the comic I've released! Each "Part" is 1/6th of the story, meaning we're already 1/3rd in!

For 2020 and onward, I don't expect to be able to maintain that pace, but for a very good reason. Hubby and I will be welcoming our first child into the world in April! Obviously, this is going to mean a lot of changes in our lives and for the first few months a massive reduction in sleep! As far as the comic goes, I still have a decent buffer built up and hope to maintain it, but I intend to do so by posting only one page per update moving forward. I'll try to post more periodically as I'm able, and once we settle into something like a routine I may be able to increase production again. I just wanted you all to know what to expect for now.

Thanks and love,

Congrats again! Parenting is super tough, but it’s worth it.

(On an entirely different note: I am eagerly awaiting all kinds of delightful shipboard violence!)

Many thanks! It's both daunting and exciting.

The guns are coming out.

Congrats on the child! :-) Are you hoping for noodle-limbed or hard-boned? ;-)

My wholehearted congratulations :D

(Edit: G. K. Chesterton... sounds vaguely familiar... did he write SF/fantasy? Hmmm... He did, but I don't think I read any of it.)

Thank you!!

He mostly wrote about theology and topics of his day, but he greatly influenced C. S. Lewis and I believe Tolkien as well.

(I may have confused him with Chester Anderson, "The Butterfly Kid" was a treat and still might be :) )

Yes! I'm still trying to pick out quotes for later sections but that one gave me the chilllls.

Indeed. As long as I can find time to eat, sleep, and occasionally shower I'll be pretty happy.
